In 1960, MGM outsourced the production of Tom and Jerry cartoons to Rembrandt Films, which produced 13 episodes, all directed by Gene Deitch in Prague. Cells from these cartoons are extremely rare, with less than a dozen existing anywhere in the world.

This is an original production cell signed by the director from the 1962 cartoon, The Tom and Jerry Cartoon Kit. While almost half a century old, it is in superb condition. In this action sequence from one of the best Tom And Jerry episodes of the Gene Deitch era, Tom is about to try to land a blow on Jerry, who of course will send the cat reeling.
